Please email us a report within 30 days from delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the package, defect product and proof of purchase.
To return the product, mail it to: PO BOX 90, Woombye, 4559 QLD Australia. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Please consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the replacement.
Once approved, we will give you a tracking number for the replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the replacement product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only process a refund if an item has not arrived within shipping time stated upon order, we will reimburse the full cost of purchase paid including shipping cost.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
No cancellation after order was placed or item has been processed or shipped. Any refund requests are subject to a transaction fee of $6 to cover payment gateways processing fee for inbound and outbound payments.
However, if order did not arrive due to the wrong shipping address that was provided, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.
